By agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I am both; competent and above the age of majority in my state of residence. I also acknowledge that the goods are property of Dela Body plus Beauty and are not intended for illegal use according but not limited to my jurisdiction. Violation of any terms and conditions (including copyright laws) will result in an immediate termination of services and possible legal action. 

Dela Body plus Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

 

INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS NOT EMPLOYEES

1.- Independent distributors ARE NOT employees of Dela Body plus Beauty, this includes but is not limited to federal or state tax, unemployment, workers compensation, insurance, licenses or any other state and federal benefits. As an independent distributor, I agree that the service and sales or lack of is at my own risk and Dela Body plus Beauty is not responsible for any losses. Without exception shall Dela Body plus Beauty be liable for injuries, loss, claim or any other direct or indirect damages.

2.- As an independent distributor, I agree that Dela Body plus Beauty is not responsible for my business accomplishments or lack of, rather the success of my business rest in my own effort and time invested. I also acknowledge that Dela Body plus Beauty is not responsible to provide any income for hours dedicated to my own business.

3.- As an independent distributor, I’m responsible to provide accurate and complete information during the membership process to maintain in Dela Body plus Beauty database. Personal information will be used and maintain according to our private policy.

 

PRODUCT PRICES

4.- As an independent distributor, I agree that Dela Body plus Beauty prices or products are subject to change without a prior notice. Retail prices and discount percentages are determined only by Dela Body plus Beauty and I am responsible to abide to the rules and regulations established by such entity.

Every independent distributor is responsible to abide to prices and discount percentages set by Dela Body plus Beauty. Failure to follow such procedure will result in immediate termination of agreement between Dela Body plus Beauty and the independent distributor.

 

PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR

5.- As an independent distributor, I’m responsible to represent Dela Body plus Beauty to the highest standards in personal behavior. And I agree that failure to treat others with respect and courtesy will not be tolerated by Dela Body plus Beauty and such event could also result in termination of this agreement.

6.- I agree that contacting members from Dela Body plus Beauty groups to offer other services or any other products from third party vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of agreement between Dela Body plus Beauty and myself as an independent contractor.

7.- I also agree that instigating other members against Dela Body for my own benefit is also strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of agreement.

 

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DELA BODY PLUS BEAUTY AND INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS

8.- I agree to receive information from Dela Body plus Beauty and associates via e-mail, text, phone calls and other forms of social media communication such as but not limited to Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and others. I also give permission to Dela Body plus Beauty to publish my name, title, commission and experiences at Dela Body plus Beauty in videos or audios via social media. Dela Body plus Beauty is responsible for using my information only as promotional material but not to sell my information to any other organization outside its dominion.

 

RETURN POLICY

9.- Dela Body plus Beauty has instituted a 30-day money back guarantee. We constantly monitor the quality and freshness of our products. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products purchased directly from Dela Body plus Beauty you may returned them back to our warehouse within 30 days from the day order was receipt for a full refund.

 

GOVERNING LAWS

10.- The laws of the state of California shall only govern Dela terms and conditions. Any dispute between Dela Body plus Beauty and the independent distributor must be brought to the federal court located in Los Angeles within 90 days of occurrence; otherwise the cause shall be forever barred. If this agreement is modified from the most updated version from Dela Body plus Beauty, it will be void automatically.

11.- I am responsible for any claims that may arise out of the terms and conditions incorporated by Dela Body plus Beauty. Dela Body plus Beauty is not responsible for any acts or violations outside its terms and conditions.

12.- Dela Body plus Beauty constantly provides training sessions and materials on the indications and contraindications of our products. It is my responsibility to keep updated with that information to avoid any conflicts when recommending a product.
